Nemecek & Cole is actively involved in a number of community service events and charitable organizations. The firm sponsors the charitable endeavors of the Valley Community Legal Foundation of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association Barristers to benefit the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation and Public Counsel. Nemecek & Cole has also supported the Guide Dogs of America, who provide guide dogs and instruction in their use to blind men and women throughout the United Stales and Canada. The firm is always willing to sponsor an event, pledge items for live and silent auctions and otherwise contribute to worthy causes.

The firm is also involved throughout the legal and business community and actively participating in a number of local and national law organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Southern California Defense Counsel.

In 2008, 2009, & 2010 the San Fernando Valley Business Journal named Nemecek & Cole as one of the best places to work in the San Fernando Valley among all businesses in the region. This recognition is a testament to the quality of our people and what we represent.

Nemecek & Cole has also enjoyed much success in the Landau Lawyers League, fielding perennially competitive basketball and softball teams.

The firm is also a supporter of the International Water Ski Racing Association. Jonathan Cole holds a number of national and world water ski racing records. His sons, Graham and Marshall, are both recognized internationally as two of the top racers in the United States.
