Patrick Maher has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since December 2024.

Patrick focuses on representing attorneys, employers, realtors, and other professionals against malpractice and breach-of-fiduciary duty claims.

Patrick has practiced since 2006 and has consistently represented his clients’ interests through resolution through settlement, arbitration, trial, and appeal.

Additionally, Patrick is an MLBPA-certified agent, specializing in salary arbitration and contract negotiations for MLB players.
