His clients include Southern California’s most prominent lawyers and law firms, both large and small businesses, real estate companies and individuals, and members of the entertainment and sports industry. Michael’s trial successes include winning a $26 million award in a complex real estate matter and obtaining a complete defense verdict in a $45 million business dispute. Michael has qualified, and has testified, as an expert witness in a jury trial. In addition to his State Court successes, Michael has successfully handled over a dozen appeals and is responsible for 5 published appellate decisions. He routinely lectures for continuing education programs on various topics covering ethics, employment law, cybersecurity and professional liability issues.
