James D. Hepworth

James D. Hepworth returned to Nemecek & Cole in October 2025, having previously been with the firm from 2014 to 2021.

Prior to joining Nemecek & Cole, Jim was a partner at the Los Angeles firm of Baker, Keener & Nahra, LLP. Since 1994, Jim has focused on representing attorneys, architects and other professionals in actions involving malpractice, malicious prosecution, partnership disputes, and other litigation. He also has extensive experience in products liability and construction defect litigation and has handled over 40 appellate matters.
