Jacob (“Jake”) Caplan has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since August 2025.

Prior to his involvement in law, Jake worked in the entertainment industry, where he helped structure and close many high-profile 6 and 7 figure literary rights deals. Jake graduated from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE two-year accelerated program and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2025.
