Dana Zokaeim has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since September 2017.
Dana’s practice includes all matters of labor and employment law and business litigation. She has experience litigating matters from inception to resolution in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Nemecek & Cole, Dana primarily represented employees in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
While attending UCLA Law School, Dana served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal and as a board member of the Jewish Law Student’s Association. Dana also externed in two divisions of the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, the General Litigation Division and the Safe Neighborhood and Gang Division.
