Victoria LaBrie has been handling insurance coverage issues both within the context of opinion and litigation for more than twenty years.
Victoria has addressed a variety of issues involving commercial “occurrence” and “claims-made” policies, personal lines, complex multi-claimant construction defects, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits claims, and specialty policies, as well as complex issues involving D&O, E&O and EPL policies.
Victoria’s experience also includes statutory issues involving state guarantee associations and regulatory issues.
Throughout her career, Victoria has successfully defended insurance companies in coverage and bad faith actions through summary judgment motion and trial. She has effectively represented clients in numerous mediations and has prepared and argued a number of appeals and writs.
