Bevin Berube has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since July 2020.
For over fifteen years, Bevin’s practice has focused on representing insurers in coverage and litigation matters.
Bevin has extensive experience handling coverage disputes involving a variety of policy types, including personal lines, CGL, and E&O policies. Her additional knowledge base includes litigating products liability, construction defect, landlord-tenant and community association claims which adds value to her analysis, strategy and overall case handling.
In addition to providing coverage analysis and recommendations, Bevin has an established record of successfully defending insurance companies in coverage and bad faith actions. She also has considerable experience prosecuting declaratory relief actions on behalf of her clients relating to defense and indemnity obligations.
